Local Designers Launch Digital Design Agency

BATON ROUGE, August 8, 2017 – Co-founders, Amy Phillips and Caitlin Craighead announce the formation of Cultiv8 Creative, a digital design agency based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Phillips manages Business Development and Design while Craighead oversees Technology and Implementation.

At the core of Cultiv8 Creative is their mission to help clients build a thriving online presence. This is achieved through their focus of intentional collaboration, captivating design, and viable innovation. Furthermore, Phillips and Craighead founded Cultiv8 Creative on the premise of being an agency that gives back to the local community and helps make in impact in global organizations.

“I am thrilled to help clients tell their stories,” Phillips shares. “For us, it is about going beyond products and services, to really showcasing the authentic people behind the amazing businesses in our community.”

Both partners of the company have served clients in the field of design and technology for a combined 15 years. Having previously worked for technology firms within the Baton Rouge area, Phillips and Craighead are able to leverage their technical skills, vast experience, and wide network to create a strong build for clients’ websites. They have created website, print, and branding designs for a selection of industries including: Government, Tourism, Oil & Gas, e-commerce, and Financial Institutes.

The agency is mobile, allowing the founders to spend more time outside “the office” with clients and prospects. This model of mobility drives home their mission for creating strong client relationships through collaboration and is consistent with forward thinking industry trends.

Phillips was a second-place runner up in the Pitch BR Competition. Craighead has managed social media and the website for Louisiana Youth Bowling since 2007. Phillips and Craighead hail from Central, Louisiana.
