The goal of our partnership model is to make things easier for you and your team. We provide support in instances where your agency, organization, or firm:

• Has overflow and needs additional ongoing support for design/development
• Does not have designers/developers and would like 1) to work with a creative agency on an ongoing basis or 2) offer these services in conjunction with their existing services
• Needs design/development support, but does not feel they have enough to warrant hiring for the position
• Needs temporary design/development support during periods when staff are unavailable (such as medical or maternity leave)

No matter the case, you have control over how we work with you.

• We can provide white-label services, in which case we only communicate with you or your team, but never your client directly.
• We can also work with you and your team side-by-side, corresponding and or meeting with you and the client as you see fit.

Another benefit is the cost of course. All of our partners receive a discounted rate – we do this because we want to continue working with you and to build a long-standing relationship.

We start with an introductory call to understand your partnership needs, how we can best support your team, and the types of services you're looking to hand off. From there, we'll present a partnership agreement outlining the terms of our collaboration. Projects are billed at an agreed upon discounted partnership rate, invoiced on the 1st of each month for work completed the previous month.

Once the agreement is signed, we hit the ground running. Every agency operates differently, so we're happy to coordinate and manage projects in whatever way works best for you and your team — whether that's direct communication via email or phone, or through your preferred project management software. From there, the work speaks for itself: drafting initial concepts, refining through revision rounds, and moving into the build phase once the design direction is locked in. Throughout each engagement, you'll have direct communication with our team, supported by regular check-ins to ensure alignment and momentum.

Project timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of each engagement, and we understand that in an agency environment, deadlines are everything. As your partner, we're committed to being there when you need us — working with your timelines, keeping things moving, and helping you deliver for your clients without missing a beat. We'll align on milestones and expectations at the start of each project so there are no surprises on either end.

At the end of the day, we're not just another vendor you outsource to — we're an extension of your team. The goal is a partnership that grows stronger with every project, one where you can count on us to show up, deliver, and make you look good for your clients.

We do not require a minimum commitment or retainer agreement to engage our partnership services, allowing you to work with us on an as-needed basis. Partnership services are billed on a monthly basis and are payable within Net 30 terms.

Cultiv8 does not offer the following services:

• Copywriting/Content Writing: While full copywriting/content writing is not within our standard scope of services, we’re happy to take client-provided copy, bullets and/or notes and refine them into clear, cohesive, and professional copy.
• Email Hosting/Setup: Cultiv8 does not provide any services related to the hosting, setup, and/or management of email for your domain.
• eCommerce Development: While we can provide services related to the design, promotion, and collateral for your online business, we do not provide website development and/or support for eCommerce systems.
• Mobile Apps: While we can provide UX/UI design graphics for mobile apps, we do not provide any type of development support for apps.
• CRM System Management: We can work within your CRM system to provide support for newsletters and/or forms, but we do not provide full support for the setup of CRM systems, including but not limited to contact management/sorting or advanced workflows/automation.
• Photography/Videography: Cultiv8 does not handle photography or videography shoots of any kind. However, we do provide photo editing and limited video editing.</span<
