We do not require a retainer agreement to engage our services. While discounted retainer options are available, we also offer the flexibility to scope and bill projects individually based on your needs.

We begin with an introductory call to understand your goals and discuss potential project scope, followed by a clear cost estimate or retainer agreement — whichever works best for you — with a payment schedule outlined accordingly.
Once approved, we kick off the project with a dedicated onboarding call — aligning on project management workflows, content, and design direction. From there, we get into the work: drafting initial concepts, refining through revision rounds, and moving into the build phase once the design direction is locked in. Throughout the engagement, you'll have direct communication with our team, supported by regular check-ins via email or calls to ensure alignment and momentum.

Project timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of each engagement. We'll establish clear milestones upfront so you always know where things stand and what's coming next.

Once we cross the finish line, the partnership doesn't have to end there. Whether you have more work on the horizon, want to explore new ways to collaborate, or simply enjoyed the process and want to keep it going — we're here for it and ready to help you grow and reach your goals.

Cultiv8 does not offer the following services:

• Copywriting/Content Writing: While full copywriting/content writing is not within our standard scope of services, we’re happy to take client-provided copy, bullets and/or notes and refine them into clear, cohesive, and professional copy.
• Email Hosting/Setup: Cultiv8 does not provide any services related to the hosting, setup, and/or management of email for your domain.
• eCommerce Development: While we can provide services related to the design, promotion, and collateral for your online business, we do not provide website development and/or support for eCommerce systems.
• Mobile Apps: While we can provide UX/UI design graphics for mobile apps, we do not provide any type of development support for apps.
• CRM System Management: We can work within your CRM system to provide support for newsletters and/or forms, but we do not provide full support for the setup of CRM systems, including but not limited to contact management/sorting or advanced workflows/automation.
• Photography/Videography: Cultiv8 does not handle photography or videography shoots of any kind. However, we do provide photo editing and limited video editing.
